A key asset in our solution is a dedicated Customer Account Team. The
Account Team is the trusted advisor for all your needs in resourcing
new talent.
The Account Manager provides a number of important services:
- Conducts Visilent systems training and support for all users
of Visilent technology and is always available to assist all users
including hiring managers, recruiters, and administrative personnel.
- Manages your staffing agencies. The Account Manager will
work hand in hand with your preferred recruiters. They can
administer all contracts, ensure all of the supply chain utilizes
our vendor neutral Visilent technology. By driving system
compliance, the Account Manager ensures the status of all requisitions
and activities can be viewed at all times as an accurate picture
of progress.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives. The Account Manager
will work with the Client to ensure all immediate staffing (tactical)
needs are addressed. The Account Manager also works with
the Customer to assess existing processes and look for opportunities
for improvements in the process.
- Applies the best industry practices for you, drawing
on our experience and accumulated global data. And liaising with
the special projects team to identify relevant opportunities to
deliver additional benefits
